  • The CA industries we serve include wineries, tasting rooms, breweries, bars, pubs, taverns, nightclubs, restaurants, fast casual dining, movie theaters, hotels, golf courses, stadiums, and any other ABC licensed premise that serves alcohol for on-site consumption.

  • The new regulations and course curriculum focuses on the social impact of alcohol, the impact of alcohol on the body, state laws and regulations relating to ABC and DUI, intervention techniques, and management policies. Emphasis is placed on techniques for preventing the sale and service of alcohol to minors (under 21), those who are overly intoxicated, and identification of fake IDs.

  • No, however our minimum cost of $550 would apply to groups with 15 or less attendees. Groups larger than 15 are priced at $35 per person, however large group discounts may be available.   • For private in-person training, no, as long as the venue has adequate space and AV equipment available for the presentation. For private Zoom training, yes, our maximum number of attendees would need to be under 98 per class.

  • Certified Alcohol Training is our strategic partner we share trainers. They host online course for us, and allow us to operate our zoom course through their software.

  • Yes, we only provide live courses via in-person and live Zoom instruction. Both are instructor-led by our expert instructors. We strongly feel the best way to mitigate personal and company liability is to be able to answer attendee questions as they arise to ensure deep understanding. This is impossible to do in a recorded, online format. Since we care about our attendees we teach, the organizations we serve, and the communities we aim to protect, we want to give the very best service possible.

  • No. ABC’s certification records are all electronic so we encourage taking a photo/screenshot once test is passed for documentation purposes. Central Coast RBS does provide a Certificate of Course Completion to all attendees.
